fa بررسی اسناد شرعی دورۀ قاجار به منظور بازشناسی مجموعۀ خان خوراسگان اصفهان <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA"><span b="" nazanin="">مجموعۀ ثبتی موسوم به &laquo;خان&raquo;، با وسعتی بیش از ۲۳۰۰۰ مترمربع در منطقۀ خوراسگان اصفهان (منطقۀ ۱۵ شهر اصفهان) قرار گرفته است. در پرونده‌های اداره کل میراث فرهنگی، گردشگری و صنایع دستی استان اصفهان، از این مجموعه به عنوان بخشی از بافت تاریخی محلّۀ &laquo;سُفلی&raquo; یاد شده است. در این پرونده‌ها که دارای اطّلاعاتی مختصر، ناقص و در مواردی نادرست است، علی‌رغم وجود خانه‌ها و فضاهای پرشمار در محدودۀ وسیع ثبت‌شده، تنها نُه خانۀ تاریخی معرفی شده‌اند. اندک منابع مکتوب نیز به معرفی اجمالی چند خانۀ تاریخی و در مواردی، تنها به نام بردن از برخی دیگر از آن‌ها بسنده کرده‌اند. نکات یادشده، همگی به کمبود اطّلاعات در مورد مجموعۀ خان خوراسگان اشاره دارد. یکی از منابع مستند در پژوهش‌های مرتبط با بافت‌های تاریخی، اسناد شرعی است. برخی از این اسناد به دلیل ماهیت‌شان در ثبت اطّلاعات دقیق از کاربری، مالکیت و ساختار بناها، منابعی موثّق در شناخت آثار تاریخی به‌شمار می‌روند. بنابراین، مطالعۀ این اسناد و بررسی‌های میدانی، به‌عنوان دو ابزار اصلی پژوهش حاضر به کار گرفته شد. بدین ترتیب مشخص شد، برخلاف تصوّر موجود و همانند گفته‌های شفاهی مردم خوراسگان در پژوهش‌های پیشین، مجموعۀ خان بخشی از بافت محلّه‌ای فراموش‌شده به نام &laquo;وُسطی&raquo; یا &laquo;میان&raquo; بوده است. همچنین اطّلاعاتی از مالکیت، کاربری و ساختار خانه‌های ثبتی و دیگر فضاهای ناشناخته به‌دست آمد که منجر به شناخت بیشتر و بهتر از این مجموعۀ تاریخی کم‌نظیر شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:140%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="line-height:140%"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Measuring 23000 m2, the registered complex known as &ldquo;Khān&rdquo; is located in the Khorāsgān region of Isfahan. This complex is suggested by the reports of the Isfahan Office of the Cultural Heritage, Tourism, and Handicrafts to have been located in the &ldquo;Soflā Quarter&rdquo; of the Khorāsgān historical city. Although numerous historical houses are registered in these reports, the reports lack detailed documentation of all of the houses. Furthermore, providing insufficient and in some cases flawed information on these houses, the reports introduce only 9 of them. Rare written documents mention the names of a few of these historical houses and sometimes provide a brief account of them. Thus, we have a scant knowledge of the Khān complex of Khorāsgān. Shari&#39;a documents are one of the reliable sources of information about urban historical contexts. Some of these documents have recorded detailed information on the function, ownership and structure of historical buildings. Therefore, in this article, I investigated Shari&#39;a documents and conducted field investigations to explore the Khan Complex&rsquo;s location in the historical city of Khorāsgān. As a result, I suggest that the Khān Complex was located in the &ldquo;Vostā&rdquo; or &ldquo;Miyān&rdquo; quarter of Khorāsgān, as the people of this historical city believe. Moreover, my analysis of the evidence provided more information on the ownership, function, and structure of the historical houses inscribed on the Iran National Heritage List as well as a few other houses, which are not inscribed on the list.
